16. Attorney Fees

19. Jurisdiction and Choice of Law

20. Arbitration / No Class Action

All disputes must be resolved individually through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in class action litigation.

Accessing savingshunter.com from outside the United States is at your own risk. We make no representations that the content is appropriate or available in other locations.

22. Refunds

No refunds, prorated or otherwise, will be issued. All sales are final.

23. Entire Agreement

24. Severability; Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. Failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver.
